All towels and linen are provided, and a cot & highchair are available if required. Pets are welcome. This is an excellent base for exploring all of the diverse activities offered by the Spey Valley.

It has a spacious lounge/dining room with colour TV and DVD and comfortably seats 5 adults.
The garden fully paved and totally enclosed by ranch fencing, providing complete security for children and pets. Garden furniture and a barbecue are provided. There is magnificent views of the Cairngorm mountains from the rear of the house where the garden is located.
The main double bedroom includes a double bed with ensuite shower and bathroom
The 2 twin bedrooms are great for kids or adults providing sufficient cupboard space for all your holiday items.
A visit to the Dalfaber Golf & Country Club (see Leisure complex for details) is highly recommended. Facilities include swimming pool, jacuzzi, 2 saunas, steamroom, sun beds, gymnasium, 9 hole golf course, and fly fishing on the River Spey. Bring your own towels for the swimming pool! The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge, cooker and laundry facilities.
The ensuite bathroom spacious and contains a power shower.
All properties are near golf, tennis, hill walking, mountain bike riding, moutaineering, rock climbing, bird watching, sled-dog running, nature watching, swimming, fishing, skiing, snow boarding, clay-pidgeon shooting, canoeing, kayaking, boating, sailing, windsurfing and many other outdoor activities that encompass lochs, rivers, trails, mountains and forrests. Additionally, all properties are near local facilities including restaurants, bars, shops, banks, hotels, hostels, internet cafe's, libraries, post offices, laundries, hairdressers, conference halls, business centres and property agents.
